BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
For bookings made through Portucasa, the Cancellation Conditions as described in our General Terms and Conditions apply.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
With any cancellation or amendment you are liable to pay the charges shown below:
- 100% if cancelled 30 days before check-in.
- 50% between 60 and 30 days before check-in
- 30% 60 days or more before check-in
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
Cancellation costs will initially be settled with the part of the rent already paid to Portucasa. If this is not sufficient, the remainder must still be paid by the client. Portucasa will refund any excess payments received within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request to the bank account stated in the cancellation request.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by another with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
